This loading and collating system, developed by Quest Industrial, utilizes the FANUC M-710iC/70 Robot in the robotic loading of rotary vacuum sealers. 

This system has the capability to accept many different cheese sizes, shapes and weights. The Quest Industrial Food Clean System is able to handle a variety of raw food products, including cheese, butter, meat and produce. This system also includes vision tracking and verification, making it ideal for picking and placing many different sizes, shapes, and textures of cheese and butter.

This particular system can handle over 36 pieces per minute and up to 60 pounds of total weight per pick. The FANUC Robotics M-710iC Robot model is engineered for extremely high speeds, application flexibility and reliability, and provides one of the largest work envelopes in its class with one of the smallest footprints.
