The FANUC M-1iA CERT cart has a mobile design that fits through standard doorways for easy transfer to many locations. No setup is required and the cell runs on a standard 110 VAC power supply.

A FANUC R-2000iB robot depalletizes cases in a fully automated beverage line. Each case contains approximately 150 carton flats which must be loaded at rates up to 300 cartons per minute.



A FANUC R-2000iB six axis robot handles rolls of paper in a fully automated roll handling and packaging system. Every minute and a half, three 65 lb. rolls or five 40 lb. rolls are produced.



A FANUC M-6 iB robot picks accumulated bundles of pharmaceutical cartons and places them in pre-erected cases. The system handles seven different sized bundles and nine different case sizes.



A FANUC M-710 iC robot is palletizing cases and bags in a RoboTier Hybrid Robot Palletizer. This system is capable of palletizing up to 80 cases per minute.



A FANUC LR Mate 200iB robot using vision hangs labels on gas cans after locating the pour nozzle. Vision is used to determine which of 4 size gas cans is present.



A FANUC M-710iC robot picks a Kohler die cast aluminum engine crank case and takes it to a tool tree. The robot manipulates the part through various tools and systematically removes unwanted features in the castings.



Three FANUC M-2000iA/900L robots lift and transfer full vehicle bodies through the underbody sealing and quality inspection process.
