	Pork Ribs Meat Cutting
	M-710iB robot is used to cut pork to separate the ribs from the bacon. Vision system is used to develop the “profile” for the robot to perform the cut.


	Key Technology Demonstrated
	Protection bag allows the M-710 iB robot to be used in the food environment Unique 3 knife system with two edges per knife allows the robot to perform an eight hour shift without need for tool change to supply sharp knifes Vision system used to determine where to perform the cut End user can select whether robot cuts more bacon vs. more ribs based on customer needs
