The course covers tasks a technician, programmer or engineer needs to setup and maintain the FANUC Robotics PaintWorks Paint Spray System.

Course Objectives:

Upon successful completion of this course, the student can perform all procedures necessary to setup, test, troubleshoot and repair the FANUC Robotics PaintWorks Paint Spray System. More specifically:

Students successfully completing this course will be able to:

• Set up paint and job code parameters
• Run diagnostic procedures
• Troubleshoot system faults
• Calibrate paint and air functions
• Run Ghost trials
• Backup and restore individual programs and files

Recommended safety procedures are integrated into all training exercises.

The course consists of lectures, demonstrations, and a series of lab exercises designed to reinforce what the student has learned.

In addition to lab exercises, a pretest and posttest are used to measure mastery of objectives.

Audience:

This course is intended for the person who must set up and maintain the FANUC Robotics Paint Spray PaintWorks System.

Prerequisites:

PaintTool Operations and Programming or Paint Controller Electrical Maintenance.
